Our awesome new event for 2020.
Hometown Events are offering you the opportunity to join us as the proud new organisers of The South Downs Show after bringing it into our range of successful award winning events.
We are planning on using all of our Hometown magic on the show in 2020, from the organisation, the marketing, the footfall, the fact we do not duplicate too many stalls of the same type, the attractions we provide for family fun days, down to the friendliness and gorgeousness of the organisers!

Also included on the Application Form below is the opportunity to book onto our other events we have been running for many years in Petersfield town centre which regularly attract thousands of visitors.
A highly anticipated event annually with regular footfall in the region of 7,000 visitors over the course of the weekend. With increased attractions and publicity planned for 2020 this will be the perfect opportunity to show off their local produce!
The event will take place in the awesome Queen Elizabeth Country Park. A large country park situated on the South Downs. It is located on the A3 road three miles south of Petersfield, Hampshire and lies within the South Downs National Park. It will take place over the weekend of
Saturday 15th and Sunday16th August.
Trading times – The South Downs Show – 10:00 – 17:00
The costs of joining of us are below:
3×3 Metre SPACE ONLY. – £110 for both days.
6×3 Metre SPACE ONLY. – £220 for both days.
9×3 Metre SPACE ONLY. – £330 for both days.
Gazebo Hire 3x3 Metre (Limited Stock) – £50 for both days.
6ft Folding Table Hire (Limited Stock) – £15 for both days.
Power Supply (16 AMP) – £30 for both days.
Power Supply (32 AMP) – £40 for both days.
Gazebo Lighting (Limited Stock) – £10 for both days.

Taking on board feedback from the public and to improve the look of the event, the pitch space booked will be for your stall only and once unloaded, parking of your vehicle will be in the Traders Car Park close by at the end of the site. Please tick the appropriate option if you require camping space for the event.
We have a full range of catering options already booked in and so please do not book in if you are applying for a catering pitch.
